Southport shooting suspect faces hearings on death penalty eligibility

Court records show Nigel Edge will appear in court on Monday for an administrative hearing and on Tuesday for a Rule 24 motion hearing. The Rule 24 hearing will determine whether prosecutors will seek the death penalty against Edge if he is found guilty.
