The Australian’s Washington Correspondent Joe Kelly says the White House Correspondents’ Dinner shooter Cole Allen had a “sense of arrogance”. Mr Kelly said the shooter believed the event was “lightly protected”, which allowed him to freely enter. “I think that is a detail that is going to be further examined.”
