ST CATHERINE, Jamaica — As loved ones prepared to host a memorial for a 14-year-old victim of a house fire in Spanish Town Friday night, they were greeted with the news that her brother has also passed from injuries he received in the same blaze, Observer Online understands.Twenty-five-year-old Courtney Dailey passed away on Friday, a week after the April 10 blaze at 12 St John’s Garden that took the life of his sister 14-year-old Gabriella Wright.Their mother, Suzette Campbell, had told the Jamaica Observer that she was returning home around 5:00 pm when she noticed thick smoke in the area.“I see a lot of smoke and I say, ‘Where is that smoke coming from?’ and they say over next door.
