RIYADH — The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) signed on Friday two cooperation agreements, via video conference, with civil society organizations. The agreements aimed to implement rehabilitation projects for several schools and a social facility in the Idlib and Deir ez-Zor governorates of Syria. These projects are expected to directly benefit approximately 4,990 individuals and indirectly support an additional 19,894 people. These efforts are part of a broader program to restore educational assets in Syria, which is currently rehabilitating, constructing, and providing temporary classrooms for 48 schools across various governorates. These projects fall within the framework of the humanitarian and relief efforts provided by Saudi Arabia through KSrelief to restore educational and community infrastructure within Syria, assist the Syrian people, and alleviate their suffering during the ongoing crisis.
