Russia offers to help resolve Iran conflict, Kremlin says Russia has signalled it is ready to help ease the conflict involving Iran, with President Vladimir Putin maintaining contact with regional leaders, the Kremlin said on Thursday. Spokesperson Dmitry Peskov said Moscow remains engaged diplomatically and stands prepared to assist efforts aimed at de-escalation.
“The president is continuing these contacts, and if our services are somehow required, we are, of course, ready to make our contribution to ensuring that the military situation transitions to a peaceful course as soon as possible,” Peskov told reporters.
