Grammy-nominated rapper Offset is in stable condition after being shot Monday evening outside a popular South Florida casino. The 34-year-old artist, whose real name is Kiari Kendrell Cephus, was transported to a local hospital following the incident near the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel Casino.
