‘Proxy for Israel’: Iranian President’s open letter to Americans ahead of major Trump address

Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian has released an open letter addressed to the American people ahead of US President Donald Trump’s major address to the nation on the war in the Middle East. “Is it not also the case that America has entered this aggression as a proxy for Israel, influenced and manipulated by that regime?” he said. “Is it not evident that Israel now aims to fight Iran to the last American soldier and the last American taxpayer dollar?”
