MANCHESTER, Jamaica — Police have identified the two men fatally shot in an alleged confrontation last Friday in Mandeville, Manchester.They are Dantae Edward Carter, 18, a resident of Hanbury district, Manchester and Brighton district in St Elizabeth and Dave Raymond, 19, a resident of Manningfield district in Manchester.There were dramatic scenes in Mandeville during the incident.
