The New Orleans Pelicans are considering James Borrego to remain as their head coach, as well as looking at several long-time NBA assistant coaches. Borrego went 24-46 as the Pelicans interim head coach after he took over for Willie Green. New Orleans is also considering multiple assistant coaches. San Antonio Spurs assistant Sean Sweeney, Milwaukee Bucks assistant Darvin Ham, and Brooklyn Nets assistant Steve Hetzel are all in the mix.
The Pelicans are also hoping to interview Detroit Pistons assistant Jarrett Jack and Milwaukee Bucks assistant Rajon Rondo.
