Partial video of attack: Shooting outside Israel consulate in Istanbul: one attacker killed, two injured

One attacker was killed and two others injured in a shooting that took place on Tuesday outside the Israeli consulate in Istanbul. Two police officers were also lightly injured, according to an initial official report.
