Orange County murder suspect waives extradition, set to return to North Carolina

Matthew Vukmer, charged with the first-degree murder of Paula Floyd, waived his extradition rights in a Virginia court on Monday. The decision allows authorities to transport him from the New River Valley Regional Jail back to Orange County to begin the prosecution process.
