Newsweek Senior Editor-At-Large Josh Hammer says there is “no chain of command” within the Iranian regime. Mr Hammer told Sky News host Rita Panahi that it’s “unclear” who is in charge of deciding what the regime does. “The broader problem … is that this regime is fundamentally comprised of some of the most deceitful, lying people on the face of the earth.”
