The Assembly of the Notary Chamber of Montenegro has proposed new standardised fees for notary services, covering contracts, certifications, deposits, and probate procedures. The proposal sets fixed and value-based pricing depending on the type of service, with notaries required to apply the same tariff in every case and act most cost-effectively for clients.
