Morocco steps up support for stranded nationals as Middle East war disrupts flights

Morocco’s foreign ministry said it activated crisis support measures for Moroccans in Gulf countries after the latest Middle East escalation disrupted flights and closed airspace across much of the region, with Foreign Minister Nasser Bourita saying embassies and consulates had been mobilised under royal instructions to assist residents, tourists and stranded travellers.
