Morocco’s special commission for accrediting election observers has opened applications for national and international monitors ahead of the September 23, 2026 parliamentary elections. The commission, chaired by National Human Rights Council (CNDH) president Amina Bouayach, said applications will be accepted from April 27 until May 22, with final decisions expected by June 17.
