Missing GOP congressman shares cryptic statement about his return

A GOP congressman who has been absent for more than three months issued a cryptic statement on Tuesday about his upcoming return to work.Rep. Tom Kean (R-NJ) has not been seen in Washington, D.C., since early March, according to reports. In April, his office said he was dealing with a personal medical issue, and then told the New Jersey Globe in May that he would return to work in a couple of weeks. On Tuesday, Kean reiterated his promise to return in a couple of weeks, and provided some additional details about his absence.Right now, I am focused on my recovery and under the advice of healthcare professionals, I will transition from virtual work to in-person work in a matter of weeks, Kean said in the statement, which was reported by Ally Mutnick at Punchbowl News.
