Middle East war sending construction costs skyrocketing

Australia’s strata committees are being warned to fix building problems now or risk paying higher prices. The war in the Middle East is increasing construction costs and threatening to put the building industry in crisis. Building costs have increased nearly 50 per cent over five years, but they will continue to do so with the rising costs of petrol and materials.
