A lone gunman opened fire on tourists at the Teotihuacan archaeological site on Monday, killing one Canadian national and injuring at least 13 others. The assailant, identified by state officials as 27-year-old Julio Cesar Jasso, reportedly climbed to the top of a pyramid before firing into the crowd. Authorities confirmed that Jasso died at the scene from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
