A major fire has broken out at an oil refinery in Geelong, Victoria. The Viva Energy Refinery is one of only two currently operational oil refineries in the country. A watch and act has been issued for a number of suburbs in Geelong as residents are being warned to close windows to keep out hazardous smoke.
