LIVE: Outside polling stations for Peru election

Watch live from the capital as thousands of people were unable to vote at several polling stations in Lima on Sunday, due to problems with the distribution of ballot papers. The electoral authorities decided that a special vote will be held Monday for people that could not vote in those polling locations.
