Israeli assault near Lebanon's largest public hospital kills four An Israeli strike on south Beirut killed at least four people and wounded 39 others on Sunday, the Lebanese health ministry said, giving a preliminary casualty toll. The attack hit the vicinity of Rafik Hariri University Hospital, Lebanon's largest public hospital. A medical source told AFP that the strike made impact about 100 metres away from the building.
