ISIS-inspired suspects indicted for alleged terrorist plot during Gracie Mansion protest

Authorities announced the eight-count indictment, charging 19-year-old Ibrahim Kayumi and 18-year-old Emir Balat in connection with their alleged terrorist attack outside Gracie Mansion in Manhattan on March 7.
