Iranian President asks Americans to question Trump's war motive, labels US 'proxy for Israel'

Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian on Thursday issued an open letter addressed to the people of the United States, urging them to question the motives of the Donald Trump administration in the ongoing conflict and rejecting the portrayal of Iran as an aggressor. In his appeal, Pezeshkian asked whether Washington is truly prioritising its America First policy or acting as a proxy for Israel that is prepared to fight to the last American soldier.
