How many plants do you walk past on a daily basis? Our new short film, In Plain Sight, explores the overlooked and often rare species living quietly in Virginia’s grasslands as well as the researchers working to find, understand and protect them. Be sure to check it out on Friday, May 1! The research featured in the film is in partnership with the Smithsonian's Virginia Working Landscapes, The Clifton Institute, the Restoration Ecology Lab at the Virginia Tech School of Plant and Environmental Sciences and the Piedmont Discovery Center.
