Human Rights Council adopts a resolution on accountability in the Occupied Palestinian Territories

Geneva - The UN Human Rights Council adopted a resolution. It concerns the human rights situation in the Occupied Palestinian Territory. This includes East Jerusalem. The resolution focuses on ensuring accountability. It also aims to achieve justice. 24 countries voted in favor of the resolution. Four countries opposed it. 19 countries abstained from voting.
