Harry to miss Peter Phillips' wedding in Cotswolds after incident at his first wedding 18 years ago

Prince Harry is set to skip his cousin Peter Phillips' wedding in the Cotswolds today, following an incident that left the duke frustrated at his first wedding some 18 years ago.Peter, 48, is now just hours away from tying the knot with NHS nurse Harriet Sperling, 45, in a more 'private affair' at All Saints Church, Kemble.The guest list is star-studded: the King and Queen will attend before dashing off in the afternoon for the Epsom Derby, while the Prince and Princess of Wales are also expected to make the trip, as will the Princess Royal and her husband, Vice Admiral Sir Timothy Laurence.The Duke and Duchess of Sussex will not be in attendance, however.
