Harry Kane sends message to Tottenham fans after securing survival on final day

Harry Kane has sent his congratulations to Tottenham Hotspur fans after Spurs secured survival on the final day of the Premier League.Tottenham only needed to draw against Everton, but went a step further, winning 1-0 thanks to Joao Palhinha's first-half strike.Despite West Ham's best efforts with a 3-0 victory over Leeds United, the Hammers went down to the Championship after Spurs' win.Reacting to his former side's survival, Kane wrote: Congratulations to everyone at Tottenham, especially the fans.
