In today's daily reflection, we remember the story where Jesus was at dinner when Mary of Bethany anoints His feet, six days before Passover.The perfume was worth a year's wages, and John tells us the house was filled with the fragrance. Some criticised her extravagance, but Jesus defended her because she was right to love and honour him like that.
