Former US Secret Service agent Tim Miller says there are reports the shooter “freely” brought weapons into the White House Correspondents’ Dinner. “They were pre-staged. Let me tell you. That’s a fundamental error,” Mr Miller told Sky News Australia. “Fundamental errors can result in huge tragedies … the Secret Service has to recognise these new threats.”
