Fighting Back! Lawsuit Filed Against Virginia State Dept. over Abortion Amendment

The Family Foundation has announced that it is filing a lawsuit against the Virginia State Department, Board of Elections, General Registrar, and the Circuit Court Clerk of Tazewell County for the "deceptive" ballot language used on the "Reproductive Freedom Amendment." The President of The Family Foundation claims that this amendment will give, in the Virginia state Constitution, "an absolute right to abortion, at any time, for any reason, performed by anyone, with no meaningful safety standards."
