At least 17 people have been killed across southern Lebanon as Hezbollah and Israel exchange airstrikes despite the ceasefire. Lebanon's health ministry says seven people were killed when a drone hit a building housing a displaced family. Hezbollah claims it has responded by targeting two Israeli military positions. Delegations from Israel and Lebanon are expected to meet for a third round of peace talks in Washington next week.
