Officials confirmed that a flight leaving Denver International Airport (DEN) for Los Angeles struck and killed a pedestrian during takeoff on Friday night. One passenger who arrived at LAX on Saturday morning on the original Flight 4345 said he noticed a "blast" and then a fire as the plane was taking off. KTLA 5's Carlos Herrera reports.
