EU Won't Name US or Israel for Targeting Civilian Infrastructure

Not long after Trump threatened to turn Iran into “hell”, European Council president António Costa reminded leaders that any “targeting of civilian infrastructure” is illegal. But his comments weren't directed at the US president.
