The lawmaker representing Kaduna North Federal Constituency, Hon. Mohammed Bello El-Rufai, has announced the burial rites for the late Hajiya Umma El-Rufai. Hajiya Umma was mother to a former governor of Kaduna State, Mallam Nasir El-Rufai. She passed away this week in Cairo, Egypt, following a prolonged illness.
