Hong Kong police have charged a 70-year-old man with dangerous driving, after viral footage allegedly shows him going the wrong way on a highway in a black Mercedes-Benz before making a U-turn. Police said on Tuesday that officers noticed online footage showing a private car with a probationary sign driving the wrong way down a hard shoulder of Tolo Highway.
