Dreame unmasks 4 new robot vacuums to rival Eufy and Roomba, designed with a robot arm and new mopping system

Dreame has unveiled what it calls its “most powerful and intelligent robot vacuum lineup to date.”Dubbed the X60 Pro Series, the new range introduces three models — the X60 Pro Ultra Complete, the X60 Pro Ultra Matrix, and the X60 Pro Master. Each is designed to meet different cleaning needs with its own specific features, like a dual-joint robotic arm, a handy mop-switching dock, and an automatic draining system. But that’s not all. Dreame also revealed the Cyber X — the brand’s first robot vacuum capable of climbing stairs.If you're not familiar with these household devices, robot vacuums are battery-powered devices that use sensors, brushes, and suction to clean floors with minimal, if any, intervention — meaning you could streamline your household chores by multitasking on other items.Many models are equipped with smart mapping technology, allowing them to learn the layout of a home and clean more efficiently by avoiding obstacles, furniture, and stairs. Similar to your own arm, one joint moves outward like your shoulder, then a second extends forward like your forearm. This lets the side brush reach out 12cm, and the mopping pad stretch up to 18cm, getting into spots under furniture and along baseboards that regular robot vacuums can't normally touch. It also uses its newer Artificial Intelligence (AI) OmniSight System. Using two 120-degree cameras, it can recognise over 320 different objects and spot obstacles as small as 10mm. It can also react in just 0.1 seconds, which is faster than you can blink. Plus, with its 42,000Pa of suction, it's designed to tackle embedded dirt in a single pass.X60 Pro Ultra MatrixThe X60 Pro Ultra Matrix comes with all the tools of the X60 Pro Ultra Complete, but takes it further with its clever mop-switching dock. It holds three different mop types and automatically swaps them depending on which room it's cleaning. For instance, it comes with nylon-bristled scrubbing pads for tackling kitchen grease, sponge pads that lock in water for bathrooms, and thermal mop pads for just about everywhere else. Dreame says this helps stop cross-contamination of germs and bacteria between rooms. X60 Pro MasterIf you want to cut down your cleaning time even more, the X60 Pro Master features a dedicated automatic refill and drainage system that eliminates the need to empty or fill water tanks manually.Its docking station is very compact at just 416 × 443 × 249 mm, which Dreame says is smaller than many toasters. It's also designed to handle slopes up to 42 degrees and carpeted steps.The quad-track feature uses industrial-grade rubber tracks with a triple brake system, meant to keep it stable and safe for pets and floors alike. It moves at 0.2 metres per second and takes roughly 27 seconds to climb a single stair.It has a built-in cushioned landing structure, so it can descend gently without damaging your flooring. Plus, the 5,200mAh battery ensures it can clean multiple levels in larger homes without running flat.The Cyber X is also meant to connect with the new X60 Pro models through dedicated stair-climbing modules, which are made to physically transport the robot vacuum up and down the stairs.
