Dramatic new vision has been released by the US attorney for Washington of Cole Allen, the man accused of opening fire at the White House Correspondents' Dinner in Washington DC. Moments before the shooting, Mr Allen can be seen walking into a doorway near a security checkpoint in the Hilton Hotel. An officer and his canine appear to follow and approach Mr Allen, and for a few moments the dog seems to pull towards him twice, yet no alarm is raised.
