Djibouti: Nine Dead, Dozens Missing in Djibouti Shipwreck

[Horn Diplomat] Djibouti, -- At least nine people have died and dozens remain missing after a boat carrying migrants capsized off the coast of Djibouti, the International Organization for Migration (IOM) said on Wednesday.
