‘Delicate dance’: US and Iran operating under ‘different sets of understandings’

Seattle University American Politics Professor Patrick Schoettmer claims the US and Iran are operating under different sets of understandings as they enter peace talks. “It’s going to be a very delicate dance,” Mr Schoettmer told Sky News Australia. “The Americans and the Iranians seem to be operating under a different set of understandings.”
