Sky News contributor Kristin Tate weighs in on what she describes as a growing “culture of violence” in US political discourse following the shooting at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner. “There really is a culture of violence, which really has been exploding on today’s left,” Ms Tate told Sky News host Chris Kenny. “It was supposed to be this light-hearted night where people from the press get together with the president … everyone kind of pokes fun at each other, and the whole thing was just thrown into chaos.”
