Authorities in Dagestanskie Ogni have announced a forced evacuation due to flooding.

In the town of Dagestanskiye Ogni, residents unable to evacuate themselves due to flooding due to age or health reasons have been forced to evacuate. A temporary shelter has been set up for those evacuated at the local agricultural college.
