At least five people have been killed as a major fire tore through a multi-storey construction site in northern Moscow. Officials say 31 people were rescued and nine are receiving medical checks. Over 120 personnel have been deployed as crews battle a level-5 blaze, with fears that more than 200 people may still be trapped inside.
