Assam May Gain 63 New Assembly Seats Under Women's Quota: Himanta Sarma

Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma announced on Saturday that the state's total assembly seats could rise from 126 to 189, a net gain of 63 seats due to the implementation of women's reservation.
