Artemis II astronauts welcomed home

The four astronauts of Artemis II were welcomed home after a 10-day voyage around the moon, which came to an exciting conclusion Friday with a splashdown in the Pacific Ocean. The team’s Orion capsule, dubbed “Integrity,” splashed down at 5:07 p.m. PT, about 60 miles off the coast of San Diego. KTLA's Sandra Mitchell reports on April 11, 2026.
