Akufo-Addo to lead ECOWAS election observers for Benin’s high-stakes presidential transition

The Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) has officially appointed former Ghanaian President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo to head its Electoral Observation Mission (EOM) for the upcoming presidential elections in the Republic of Benin.
